Michael van der Galien I just re-read it all (and read moe lane's piece) and fell over this tidbit: "those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority," That means everybody who espouses a federalist position, as Moe correctly points out. That's a problem: basically every traditional conservative and libertarian is now considered "an extremist." Hell, the founding fathers are "rightwingers" now.
