I remained silent on The Phenomenon from New Jersey for too long a time. Here at RATA, at least. Now it’s time for some outspokenness; if Republicans don’t force this guy to become one of their main national leaders in the coming years, they deserve to be crushed inevery single election.

This guy is not some average politician. He proves that fiscal conservatives can be in your face, aggressive, passionate, and still win elections. There’s no need, Christie’s success shows, for fiscal cons to hide behind a veil of moderation. No, especially in times of trouble, Americans demand clarity. They want their elected officials to be honest and direct; they’re not afraid of confrontation. Heck, they love confrontation if that means problems are solved.

Glenn Beck’s new website The Blaze now compiled a terrific video compilation of Christie’s greatest hits. You can also watch it here at RATA. If you’re as big of a fan of the New Jersey governor as I am, or if  you’re on the fence about him and his style, I can only tell you to watch it now. Trust me, he’ll inspire you to go out and preach the Fiscal Conservative Gospel.

Friends, this is fiscal conservatism 2010-style. It’s bold, in-your-face, outspoken, direct, aggressive… and especially honest about the state of the nation (and the individual states).

I’ll keep an eye on Christie for the rest of you, to make sure that we’re not missing one single inspiring sound bite and so we know what he’s up to.
